“The big news in 2013 is really about DARPA, and the strong leaks concerning Alien contact and new defense measures being rushed together.”
- For those unaware, DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
- An agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the development of new technologies for use by the military.
- DARPA began as the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) created in 1958 by president Dwight D. Eisenhower for the purpose of forming and executing research and development projects to expand the frontiers of technology and science and able to reach far beyond immediate military requirements.
So what is going on:
DARPA is investigating ways to store technology, including drones, on the ocean floor until needed by the U.S. Navy.
An ongoing challenge for the Navy is anticipating where resources will be needed and distributing them accordingly, knowing it can take days or weeks for its ships to reach a location across the globe. DARPA’s new program, called Upward Falling Payloads, would help address that challenge by storing a range of technologies in waterproof containers deep in the ocean. When needed, the containers could be awakened remotely and brought to the surface.
In other words, “lets hide our stuff in the sea so ET can’t find it”
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s latest project is called the Membrane Optical Imager for Real-Time Exploitation (MOIRE),
This would provide real-time images and video of any place on or ABOVE Earth at any time — a capability that, so far, only exists in the realm of movies and science fiction.
In other words – “watch the sky, we don’t want ET to arrive and the USA not know!”
